Setting MIME type for Auto Lunch of applications

Description:
If a web server finds the file extension 'gl' in the ancher tag of HTML then send the mime type 'image/x-hpgl' to client before file stream transfer.
The client will check the mime type in the header information, then lunches a pre specified application for the mime type.
Example:
In server side (in the case NCSA web server)
- Find the mime.types in the httpd/conf directory.
- Add "image/x-hpgl gl" in the file.
- Restart the web server
In web browser side (Nescape 4.0)
- Find the menu "environment"."program"
- Click "new type" and add MIME type and the application path HPGL, image/x-hpgl, c:/magicview/magicview.exe
Tip:
- If you are showed by number rushes, you should set the clinet environment manually.
- Also, you must refresh your cash before test the new environment.
